hello, I'm trying to create a turbo lag in the ini engine file
how to do this ?

Hi gerald,

You can create lag by changing turbo friction and inertia.

Oh btw, in moddev, press several time CTRL-U and you'll then have a torque/power graph where you can see your turbo in action (it's easier that way to see your change in Inertia & Friction)
