Brake temp doesn't transfer to tyres.

*Oops, forgot what happened last time I said that. What I mean is, in rFactor (2), brake temp doesn't transfer to tyres. The clue is there are no parameters defining the rate of such a transfer, nor how that rate would be affected by current speed (and direction), which would seem necessary in order to properly simulate the effect in different cars. You can also confirm this by measuring the tyre temperature dropoff with cold brakes vs very hot brakes - a test you can easily make very extreme by increasing brake heat generation.

I'm well aware it does happen in real life.

    I agree.

IMO even if brakes can transfer temp to tires, they only will become hotter in the internal side, not the entire tire, right? anyway, I have doubts about it could be possible. I will test another tires and look for this behavior. Maybe with Marussia Cosworth MR01, which is original from ISI.
