Just want to change a driver name..

I want to change the name of a driver in the USF2000 series, so I think I need to adapt the RCD file.

But where the heck is it? I've searched the rF2 directory and can't find anything. I've unpacked the USF2000 car .mas file, and it's not in there. Where is it? or am I looking for the wrong thing?

veh files have the names.
 
When you select a car, there is a Customize button that sends you to the showroom. There you can select upgrades and make your own skin ...
But this rcd file created after making a new skin will only work in single race with AIs. It will work on a server but it needs to have "Allow Skins ..." enabled which most of server disable.
