Good Luck Jeremy and thanks for everything you've done with regards to rF1 and RF2, all the best for the future.

(not that he'll be back to read this but Tim can pass it on, thanks ;) )

Maybe the reason why we have waited for a new build so long...

...or maybe a new build just isn't ready yet?

It's been yonks with no tweets from Jeremy which would be an indication of his leaving, surely. Builds have come and gone since then, the wizards still hard at work.

Hm...since Sept.14, we got each second month a new build. The last one was in April15. Can`t see any period, where we missed a new Build, isn`t it?

    Nope.

Also curious who replaced Jeremy. He seemed to be the right guy for the job. He truely will be missed.

Really hoping to get new build this friday/saturday. It failed testing 2 weeks ago. Maybe this time?

I was sure 2 months isn't quite normal time between builds... oh well, as long as not too much over it. Don't get me wrong, current build is good also, but we want it better, right? :)

Well that might be down to testing every little feature that was added in the new build. We heard that new transmission model is coming. Maybe that's what this build will have. We heard Stock cars are coming. Maybe they are trying to test bejesus out of the plugin system with rule set. Maybe some further improvement to CPM. Maybe that CPU bug that was there in 880? 930? build that caused so many problems to many of guys here, got fixed and is coming back (enabled again). Maybe some other features (heard some more setup tweaking options for example for karts are coming) and fixes (and maybe testing regime got a lot more strict, so we won't get sth that is flawed somewhere). So many questions. So many reasons.

I can only guess. If I had to, I would say things I've written above are the most plausible. + We most likely would get it much sooner if not for failed testing, like for example confirmed testing session 2 weeks ago that put back release of the build. :)

Maybe the new guy had to learn the ropes? If there even is a new guy!
Don't matter squat, a new build will come when ISI say so.

It depends entirely on how testing goes in internal group. If ISI releases build with even a couple of bugs they get bashed everywhere, so testing can take long. Especially as rF2 has no hotfix builds that would be released quickly.
