It keeps moving in the background.

    Recently, when I quit rFactor 2 and return to the steam screen, "Running" does not disappear easily, and when I open the task manager, it runs in the background. This wasn't the case before. Why.

    Could be Logitech software if you have that running. Could be a plugin though unlikely.

    I had the same issue and it was lwmon.exe from the logitech suite.
