Hello, When want to use simhub (rfactor2 running in borderless) when i close or lower the overlay editor window the items also dissapears. No matter what i am trying they would not stay visible at all. So i cant use simhub at the moment (Latest version of rf2 and simhub) Does anybody else got this problem?
@GP_NUTS my simhub overlays works fine in my end. All up to date. must be something in borderless or simhub configuration.
It is fixed for some unknown reason (Maybe a crash) but it was full screen again instead of borderless. Now its (again) on borderless it works fine
Hello guys. I'll have to revive this thread. My game is always running on top of everything else. I made sure it is running in borderless or windowed. Some time ago i could run overlays on top of the game, but now for some reason the overlays are rendered under the game screen, no matter what mode I set the game to run on (borderless/windowed) Additional info: I play the game in VR. SteamVR with OpenXR. If I open the game outside VR (normal monitor mode) the overlays work. But as soon as I open the game in VR, the game window that mirrors the image from my hmd goes on top of the other windows in my screen. I just want the overlay to be shown in the monitor while I play in VR, mainly for streaming. It used to work some time ago. I donwt know if it was some setting that I changed or something else. Any help is appreciated
my guess is, you have to look in the VR part and not in simhub. There must be an option where it forces to be on top/front, overruling simhub.
ok I didn't mention some info, so here it is. I'm not using simhub, I use tinypedal (just personal preference) running SteamVR with openXR HMD is a Reverb G2, using Mixed Reality Portal. Did a short video to explain.
