Issue installing update Build 1028 through the launcher

Hoping someone can help.

Trying to download and install the latest update by clicking "Install Update" in the launcher but I receive the following.

Checking for updates. Please wait for result.
Updates Available (Build 1028).
Update to build 1028 found. Click the "Install Update" button to download and install.
Downloading UserDataControllerThrustmaster TX Racing Wheel.JSON.rfbz2
Download error occurred. Retry number: 1
Downloading UserDataControllerThrustmaster TX Racing Wheel.JSON.rfbz2
Download error occurred. Retry number: 2
Downloading UserDataControllerThrustmaster TX Racing Wheel.JSON.rfbz2

Any ideas???

 

Try downloading the lite version and install it over your current install.

I have already downloaded the lite version in case there is no way around it.
Its just strange that it won't download and install through the launcher as that is how I have been doing it for a while now.
As no-one else is reporting it I guess it maybe a problem on my end.... still strange though.
