Is there any modder who can do this?

    Don't take me wrong Chris, I just think 397 need to improve that way, and I'm too lazy to take that shots and manage it hahah. With your tools, it way simple to generate all resolution of icons, yes. And then pack into mod. Thanks for your tools to help us so much.
    And I need to correct my words, it isn't not easy, just need some time and work. And I'm too lazy to do so....
    And at last, sorry to led to this misunderstanding, and what's more, I think it's more a not easy task for harris.

    No Problem Mate, i just had to defend our SMMG Showroom and my UI Iconcreator Tool a little bit, because it currently is one of the easiest and quickest Methods, to create the Car Icons for the new UI. ;)
    ... still waiting for the from S397 announced Icon Creator Tool.

    yep, your tools just help to reduce huge amount of job of that annoying process. Which is very good for us.
    BTW, yesterday or so, Marcel respond on discord about this thumb tool that
    "Not really, it's still not ready so for now you just have to create your own showroom and use that. I don't have an exact ETA for it. Obviously we're getting a lot of feedback about the new UI (much more than the year or so it was in beta) so we're looking at priorities as these things come in."
    PS: the best way of thumb generate should be one-click like content manager of AC.. Hope 397 can do like that.

    @zxd1997 here are the needed files with the appropriate file names, in order to use them for the repacking procedure. I found my way to capture them, with the help of some online tools:

    PS 1 In order to find the correct car screenshot names i extracted the CORSA_TEAM.MAS with MAS2_x64.exe and copied the exact names of the corresponding veh files (i hope this is the right procedure)

    PS 2 The 7th's car name was CORSA_70 and not CORSA_07. I do not know why the modder changed its name. I retained the original name (CORSA_70) to the files

    It would already help a lot, if the Car Selection could be done in the Showroom directly (like it was in rF1), that you don't have to enter/leave/enter/leave.... it, just to make the next Screenshot.
    But the S397 todo List is loooooo......................ng. :)

    maybe it would causing a constant freeze because loading next car model lol, in rF1 it would take some ms to do so, and with more complex models it might need some seconds to do so lol. But ACC with UE4 just so quick in loading... just blame on game engine maybe. But I agree it's the best way to choose car instead of pics

    The best way for this is that S397 should add a screenshot button (lets say shift + s) where you can use it when you are in the garage 's menu showroom (or any other showroom). Every time you hit that button, a screenshot is taken (and saved in a specific folder with different names). 20 clicks = 20 car snapshots. It s that easy (no need to leave game and re-enter..)

    Thanks @zxd1997 . This look fantastic!I There was an artist inside me that i didn't know..:D

    Just one request: Can you upload an easy to follow video (with screen capture software) in order to see how you 've managed to accomplish this? The reason i ask is because - as i told you - i have a lot of older mods without car screenshots and i want to add those *.pngs into the package for my self (of course if i manage to get the moder's permission - i am on talks with some of them). It is not right to always ask for your help :)

    This may need some time and I have no knowledge about how to do a video like that.. Maybe some screenshots is ok but I just forgot to take that while packaging. You might need to do some research on this forum, and try and find the error then you will master it. So it won't be any video by me I think. A simple picture and text guide maybe ok but yet, no time to do so (take more time than just packaging lol)
    PS:with some still active modders who just don't want to make those thumbs, you can do it and send thumbs to them so that they can update their mods.

    Speaking about the lada mod.

    And here is my folder where it lies:

    The problem is that in game i have 2 different folders (1 with name LADACUP1600 and one with LADACUP98). They are basically the same cars.

    I want to completely remove/delete one of them (LADACUP1600) and work with the car screenshots of the other one. Is there any way to remove the ladacup1600?

    You really sure 1600 and 98 are the same? If you really want to delete it, just delete veh files you don't need to reduce it (but I assume that 1600 and 98 have some physics difference

    I am not sure but they look the same. They may be not though.

    The reason why i want to delete the 1600 folder is the fact that when i go into the garage showroom to take some pics i get this error

    This happens for car #03, #25 and #54 in the 1600 folder (1st, 4th and 6th car accordingly). I guess smth is broken here, that's why i want to delete it. Except if someone fix this.

    What may be wrong?

    Apparently the difference is that Lada Cup 1600 uses two tire models (Slick & Street) LadaCup98 only street. Two different engines and each one uses two different hdv's. Weight changes and some more parameters.
    I can't get the models to be seen in the showroom and I think the upgrades.ini file is also missing (maybe this is the reason)

    @Corti thanks. This means that there are 2 different cars in this mod. I will capture the screenshots for both then

    I cant take any screenshots for cars #03, #25 and #54 (LADACUP1600) because of the error i get. Is there any other way to get those screenshots?

    Or maybe if @zxd1997 or @Corti could “delete” those corrupted files (car #03, #25 and #54) and then re package the whole mod without them? So that we will have 4 cars instead of 7 under the LADACUP1600 folder..It would not be the perfect solution but better than nothing..It s just a thought, i do not know..is this possible?

    Then i can take the screenshots i want (even though it will be time consuming as at this stage cant make it work in devmode):)

    you can just ignore these cars first, then delete them. Just delete the veh files is ok, the car will not shown again. But the best way is to fix them.

    I tried to delete them (delete the coresponding veh files) and then saved the mas file (cup12.mas if i remember correctly). Then i fired the game and the lada cup was not even showing on the car selection screen..
