Is there a way to know which upgrades are used in multiplayer?

I force the upgrades on the client PC, car by car and then copy the car folders and trackconfig*.ini file to the same place on the dedi server.
Making sure Fixed Upgrades is checked on the DEDI and it loads.
To control if it is loaded I run rFactor2 Log Analyzer DEDI (Live to see if the correct tyres are selected)

The race log .xml files will have an upgrade code for each vehicle. These are a hexadecimal representation of a bitfield showing which upgrades are installed, so physically reading the upgrade code doesn't always reveal much information (you need some familiarity with hex and the available upgrades). If there are few legal combinations it's probably easiest to jump in the game with each of them, record the different upgrade codes, and as long as drivers match one of those codes you know they're fine.
