Is something changing in online system?

Past few days im getting high "pings" on rf2 online launcher, like this:

When i use my provider webservice adviced program, it says my connection to a probably closer server its ok, i think:



I dont know if this is a problem at my end (recently i´ve changed my wifi name and internal network) or rf2 files didnt change something and now is double thinking

 

I think that the problem is at your end.
In the server of our league, yesterday we had all the pings between 20 to 70 ms.
I check this i the warmup to prevent lag problems.

 

Thanks. Is it like json file? Can i delete the multiplayer file and will automatically rebuild?

edit: tested and did not worked. Still high pings

 

If you use any plug-in or app linked to an android device, remove it temporary and check again.

 

What you see as ping in rF2 server listing actually comes from the Steam matchmaker (you can easily compare the result by opening Steam, then selecting View -> Servers). It seems to me that you have a slow connection to the Steam matchmaking service for whatever reason.

 

Yes. Tested now f3 fanatics in Rouen and in the matchmaker was saying 1153 ms but in game, tested pressing 2, and got 160ms~~

 

This could be the reason. Recently i´ve tested a dashboard app that connects with the wifi, Will test. Thanks too

 

@Lous Ping in lobby is not the same as ping in the server, sometimes I have high ping in lobby but when I join the server ping can be as low as 20 ms.

 

Hi Ari,I didnt knew about that. Only noticed recently because now im getting close to 2000ms but only in the matchmaker as stonec pointed out as you said. I dont remember higher numbers in matchmaker than now.
Didnt work deleting the dashboard app. Im thinking in verify steam files now Thanks
