This is my first selfmade ArmA3 scenario. I know nothing about scripting so this is entirely dynamic.
Therefore results may vary. You can get this scenario on Steam Workshop. Just type Tornado Flugshow into the search bar and you should be able to find it.

This was the first one of his series. You've all seen it before I'm sure. Almost pooped first time I seen it, just bringing back memories.

 

btw Adrian, i've been measuring my calories over the last 3 days and to my surprise i'm hitting the mark of at least 80% (around 250-300g, 2300-2700 calories a day) from fat, lol. 15-18% protein (90-110g, 350-450 calories a day) and 3-5% carbs (25-50g, 100-200 calories a day…..from trace amounts in the foods). At least 50% from saturated fats btw…..i'm putting the wealth of compelling medical empirical scientific evidence (that fat is healthy and carbs are the cause of all the problems) to the test.

Here's an example of one of my breakfasts (i ran out of the streaky bacon to go with it which is basically all fat because it's actually quite difficult to hit the fat calorie intake on a ketogenic diet otherwise…..i'm always stuffed after every meal and feel so satiated and no cravings for anything for a good 5-6 hours after each meal. It's really nice to not feel peckish every 2-3 hours and have food always in the back of my mind anymore, lol. That and no longer avoiding the fat like the plague we've been lead to believe it is.

Made from 4 eggs, 5 sausages and some mushrooms.



On a ketogenic diet, even if i ate that breakfast also for lunch and dinner, i wouldn't be able to hit my calorie target, lol, even adding a lot of butter to the eggs. I end up having at least 1 salad a day and add at least 100ml of olive oil (which adds around 800-900 calories from fat).

Losing weight, energy is consistently high throughout the day and i have the energy to want to go be active, clear headedness without any foggy feeling anymore. Perfect.

This last one is the mechanism in a Chiappa Rhino Revolver that fires out of the bottom of the cylinder. It is the one revolver I want to own and looks badass.
