So I basically wanted to adjust the CART 1998 mod that was uploaded to the Steam workshop because I felt like it was a miscarriage of justice on how bad the tires were so by proxy, the mod is just completely useless. I wanted to give the car overall more grip and the tires seem like the best places to start. But how do I even adjust the tires for this game? What tools do I need, etc? I came from NR2003 and rFactor1 where it was pretty easy to adjust anything at a whim so I'm just head under water right now.
