Hi, 27th January I made a purchas of the 5 cars from the gt3 challenger dlc on your steam product dlc page: Unfortunately, somehow cars couldn't be seen in rfactor2 client. So I though the purchase had failed (and no notification could be seen that I already have those items purchased). So I clicked to buy the same dlc again, since I though the previous one has failed, cars were downloaded and could be seen, but unfortunately it happens that I was charged for the same content twice, which can be seen here: . Translation IDs has different numbers and I was charged for them although I got same content. I contacted Steam, but they said I should contact you since this is a ingame purchase: I wrote you an email twice, but you dont care responding. Thats a bad user experience and contact with client.
