How to use own Textures for Megane Mod?

    Hello

    I have created one new Skin for one Megane Car. But after i have packed the new mas file with the new skin, it doenst work and the Renault Megane Mod dont work now. How do set this that i can use my own skins?

    Find the mod name, ie Meganes2009, create a new folder your settings folder and place the skin in there. Name it smilar to an existing skin and it will show up in the tuning menu of the spinner.
    ie, userdata\player\settings\Meganes2009\M2009_01ALT01.DDS

    No need to make a new veh file, just the dds.


    [ED] actually, it's not the mod name, check the main mft file in the manifests folder for the component with the teams mas, it will be the component name you want to use for the folder name.

    ok, I just don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Going by the way mianiak described, I have created a skin for the EVE F1. I have created a folder in userdata/player/settings called HistoricOpenWheels and I've placed the dds file in there called MS10_5.dds

    But this doesn't show up. Could someone help.

    You need to have ALT after the name of the car already in game to get custom skin : MS10_5ALT.dds
