Before an online race other drivers will type, good luck, have a good race etc. I haven't seen nor have I found a way to do that. Thanks for any help
In the player.JSON you have this Section: "CHAT":{ "Quick Chat #1":"Slowing to pit", "Quick Chat #10":"\/vote yes", "Quick Chat #11":"\/vote no", "Quick Chat #12":"\/ping", "Quick Chat #2":"Leaving pits", "Quick Chat #3":"Go Left", "Quick Chat #4":"Go Right", "Quick Chat #5":"Thank you", "Quick Chat #6":"Sorry", "Quick Chat #7":"Be careful at the first corner", "Quick Chat #8":"Good job", "Quick Chat #9":"Good race" }, There you can edit the Messages and then bind a Key on your Keyboard or other Controller to each of them, so that you only have to hit that Key and the Message appears. You can also write Messages into the Chatbox manually.
Just to be clear, yes I can manually type into the chat box, you can't manually type into the message center?
What do you mean with "Message Center"? Is it something new in the Racecontrol System (that i don't use)?
Yes, the message center, before the race it has the time count down and during the race it pops up letting you know who left the race and also what time is left in the online race.
I think we talk abot the same Thing then. Simply try it out, in the Menu, where you can bind Controller Keys, bind one for the Chat Message #9 for Example. Then go on Track and hit that Key. If you use the original Messages, you should see "Good race" appearing in the Message Center.

Thanks Steve PS I should add that the drivers seem to be talking to each other in the message center and it doesn't seem to be pre-written, for instance, one driver will say how much fuel and another driver will write 18 liters, before the race.
I forgot.... when you use the default Keys, hit T on the Keyboard, when you are on Track. That will open the Chat Window, that you can write Messages directly.
You can also chat when you are in the Menu, when you select the WATCH Tab, in the green framed Chat "Window", where you also can vote yes and no. Just write and hit Enter.
Then you should have seen, that whatever you write and send there or in the Chatbox that you can open with the T Key on Track, appears in the "Message Center".
I actually haven't seen it because I would only write in that chat box after the race was over. I will try it today Thanks Steve
