How to start the car in grid spot

Hello,I want to start the car in grid spot in race mode with AI
I have set 《start type》"standing",but the car still start in pit area,
so how to start the car in grid spot ,thanks

Off the top of my head, on the bottom right of screen is "Next Session" or something like that. If you are still in qualifying then you can use the keyboard combo "Ctrl + X" to speed up time. After that the Next Session is available. Something like that.

Either language is a issue or ?? . It literally says on bottom right of screen "Next Session". After that it literally says "Drive" did you ever click on that? Seems pretty self explanatory. Good luck
 
Yep,that's possibly an issue.:)
I could only find "Drive"button,
but could not find "Next Session" on bottom right of screen anyway.

a couple of pics may be better; this one is where you setup the sessions, click start racing when happy.

in next screen select the "Session Controls" tab at the top, then the "next session" button is available.

if you want to go to race, then keep clicking next session until you see at the top that you are in the race session, then click the drive button and you will be placed on the grid.

spiderman, I recommend to let the AI drive in a 10-20 min qualification before you race them.
you can speed up the process with ctrl+X.
When giving them some qual time they perform better.
