How to increase max players on dedicated server

As the title says, how can I increase the max number of players on a dedicated server?

I’ve edited the multiplayer.Json, and the dedi exe only shows 45 as max.
Is there something else that needs changing?

Yes, before you click "package" when you create the *.rfmod File for the Server, open the *.rfm File with a Text Editor and set the Number that you want to have in the Line

and save the File.

"Lessen Restrictions#":"Allows careful users to test the limits",

Please do this with caution, not all servers are up to the challenge especially low powered/connections.
