Check the HDV file of the URD DTM, it had the bars activated, to modify in the race

Check the skip barber HDV in the Moddev folder. I think each ARB has a parameters parameter (!) and one of those determines whether the bar is adjustable onboard. You just change the corresponding 0 to a 1 as above. I don't have access to the game/files right now so I'm not completely sure the skip has been updated for it.

@Elcid43 you probably already found them, but given it's not really spelled out already in this thread I'll give specifics now that I have access to files.

    .hdv [SUSPENSION] section:

FrontAntiSwayParams=(1, 0, 0) // Whether antisway bar is (0=diameter-based or 1=spring-based, detachable, adjustable on the fly)
    ...
RearAntiSwayParams=(1, 0, 0) // Whether antisway bar is (0=diameter-based or 1=spring-based, detachable, adjustable on the fly)

Changing the last (3rd) 0 to 1 in each case will make the ARB adjustable onboard.
