If the car shakes are not you head supposed to shake also... I think that the camera is attached to the drivers helmet so the first video is kinda realistic.

Neck>eye balls>inner ear and brain checking every part with his piece image.
One of the best anti balance system in high rev situation is the f1 above cockpit cam. They are better than than helicopters can, in my opinion.
    Tires>car>steering wheel>driver body> neck...

Driver strapped on to seat with seatbelts will shake same frequency as car itself. Driver eyes compensate movement, when he/she focus on some point front of the car. However, there is physical limit how severe shaking eyes can compensate instinctively. Everyone who has drove with karts (for instance), can tell how sight will come out of focus temporarily when running over severe bumps... ;)

    Cheers!

true. With all senses acting in body driving a kart. I don't do much attention to ffb. Especially on short tracks lol

Video one appears more realistic to me, 2nd video looks wrong and something from an old arcade game in my opinion.

Ok, the effect is in the second video is 100%, that is,
no environmental movement. Maybe, but 20 - 30% are good.
    I will test it.
    @ KeiKei
    Thanks, I'll try it.

Do as please you , but how can you think to have a steady vision going offroad is beyond me. But, doesn't matter, the software allow you to tweak all as is better for you.

No, it doesn't, actually. I was just asking about this in another similar thread. The Head Physics slider/option that allowed you to vary between the two extremes in the videos appears to be disabled and only allows what's in the second video. But try it yourselves. AMS from Reiza has the option working, though it defaults to 50% (half way) and at the moment has to be edited manually in the .PLR file.

    Don´t spread misinformation here Marc!
You can still do that! If you just would use the options I posted in this other thread!

A bummer! It´s the 1000th time that someone ask for any option or particular thing to adjust, advice is given - dont used - moaning goes on.

Edit: by the way, you can also adjust youre headmovement exactly how you want when using Realheadmotion-pluggie. Told to you for the third time now!

Why would we want to use a plug-in when there is a built-in option and slider in the sim? The same one that was there in rF1 and is in other ISI-based titles like AMS? And does the Realheadmotion plug-in have guaranteed zero compatibility issues with other plug-ins or hardware?

Because Rf2 is a moddable base, ISI itself encourage people in writing plugins to implement things that ISI has no time or will to implement, and if a plugin does the work of the default isi settings, but way better, then it's no trouble at all to use it.. apart from downloading, installing, reading the instruction and setting it. That plugin work very nice, is good to use. The only reason for not using it anymore, is that I use trackIR now and I'm pleased enough of default RF2 settings. Plugins are not dirty and not devil, are just extension of the software, just like a 3rd party car or track.

    +1 Comante

I won´t repeat it again: You don´t have to use that pluggie, as settings I posted does a similar thing.
