    Anyone?

Maybe I'm asking the wrong question. Are AI improvements planned for this track?

Sorry, just realized my comment and your reply might get misinterpreted. I don't speak for Tommy. I was just pointing out that your question had already been asked by me 2 months ago...and there is no reply. Draw your own conclusions.

Been a few weeks so just pestering again regarding AIW (for at least the short layouts ; don't remember if other layouts are OK) or maybe someone would be willing to provide AIW fix given the high quality and awesomeness of this track? Great rFactor 2 asset to have this track would be a shame to let it rot.

Perhaps the community can accept that this mod has been abandoned?

The guy made this, then focused on the SEAT León, and now is focusing on the Audi TT. Maybe he's just too busy and is following a timeline, perhaps after Audi mod is concluded on both AC and rF2 he may consider revisiting earlier work? Don't deem it dead yet.

    @peterchen:
Your solution could perhaps create a fixed version for a league. I remember using Legends League V_LM Sebring v1.90 with the fixed pitbox. It wasn't publicized or released anywhere, just made available in a post here for a specific matter so it wouldn't conflict in any shape with original.

I didn't read the entire Sebring thread but can I presume that it was the release of the repackaged version and not the AIW that was the issue? If so, then would it be allowable for Peter to do the same with clarification not to repackage or even via PM or such?

Just offer it as an update that those interested can use. It doesn't affect the original package. However, it certainly appears abandoned. There has been lots of opportunity for Tommy to reply regarding this relatively simple fix.

Later, if he ever clarifies that he has no intention of fixing it, others can go at it. If he does want to continue with it, some of the work will already be done. Everyone wins.

OK, will have a look if I can manage it. Something else broken besides SHORT 2 garage-bug?

    Hockenheim-Ring (Multi Layout) v1.0

Don't know whether garage bug related but deal killer for me has been AI slowing down at start/finish line on both short layouts IIRC...

As i mentioned in my Seat Leon topic, i was busy long time, but i tried to update my previous project. Now i'm updated and fixed the things what it needs.
I just wanted your opinion, what issues did you find on the track.

    Which issues on my list:
    - lower curbs (currently i do this)
    - tree alpha edges (alredy done)
    - AIW issues
    - Garage spot in the middle of the track (Short layout)
    - wet track grip

If you know anymore just let me know.

The garage bug in the short layout mentioned above several times. One car's garage spot is in the middle of the track!

Thanks so much for fixing...this track is very well done and will soon be perfect for online and offline racing.

    Great news!

I've always felt that there is not enough grip at this track when the track is wet. Not sure how others feel about this, but it feels a bit off to me, compared to other tracks. I know there were some changes to how the tracks behave, when it's raining, in the last build. Maybe there is something there that can be done?

    Cheers :)

    Thanks for listening Tommy :)

Don't know if this is exactly track related, I believe driving in the wet isn't exactly finished at this time on the tire model side.
