Help w Saftey Rating

I have no Race Control Account yet, but from your Screenshot, i would say that Bronze 2 is better than Bronze 3.
When you compare the white Progress Bars of the Driver and Safety Rank, the Bar of Rank 2 is more progressed than the Bar of Rank 3.
So Rank 1 seems to be the Highest, before you reach Silver.

It just did it again. It showed me as "promoted" to silver II and then changed its mind. WTF?!? That's more than just a little frustrating. Is there a way to make studio397 aware of this problem? I don't expect them the fix my profile, but fixing the sim from glitching like this would be nice.
