Hi guys I have a problem that I need to identify and to find the right solution path ASAP, please. Thank for the help.

    Problem description:
While I'm driving, offline/online/by myself/on a race you name it, from time to time my rF2 is getting stuck for a spilt second or two. I'm not sure if I'm right but it seems to me that I have some "stuttering".
If it's important to know, I'm using the lowest graphic settings.

I have added some pictures to try and help you guys to understand what's going on with my pc.
    - The picture with the marking from my phone is the exact moment I have this problem while driving.
    - I'm not sure, but the other picture with the blue line is on maximum frequency if I'm not mistaken.

I have some more picture if needed in this link -

    System details:
    - CPU: i5-6500
    - RAM: 16GB
    - GPU: Strix GTX970
    - Win 10
I'm racing with this pc for around 3.5 years now.

    Hi.
Try to check the use of every core of the CPU, instead the whole load.
It's possible that you have a core with a 100% of use

Ya, like above, your cpu is probably maxing out, if you press ctrl+c, you'll see the monitor in the top left corner of your screen, the purple bar is what you'll want to watch.
