Laptop video has been a problem for rF2. This is possibly due to multiple reasons, first, there is only 512 of dedicated video memory. This is insufficient to load rF2. That is why you get the error message. Many laptops use shared memory with windows, so any un-used system memory can be tied to the video demands....in theory this should help the small amount of dedicated video ram. But for many systems, rF2 can't seem to access the extra system memory.
Perhaps a laptop user will chime in with their experience, but I'm not optimistic.

I don't know if you have a discrete GPU besides the integrated one in the CPU but if so, select the discrete one on the config menu.
I started rf2 with a laptop and it would pick the integrated GPU if I didn't manually pick the other one.

Well, yes I got the message but when I clicked on yes nothing happened, I automatically go back to the launcher, and the problem is.... "Nothing Happened"

Check, in your video configuration of the launcher, if your graphics card is selected (instead of AUTO)
