[REL] Headlight controls

I can't bind any key on the player headlight control. The rF2 headlight control matches, but can't bind any key in the player one. I press select, press my button on the wheel and nothing happens. I also tried to press a button whilst keeping the pression on the select button, but still nothing is happening

I only seem to get as far as this. I can't "Select Flash headlights" though. The button does visually respond to a mouse click, but not to any button I press afterwards.

Running the command promt show that it starts EVENT TIMER and then also gives output about what keys I press, but not actual button is assigned in the the menu as posted below.

Running the debug with rpt.txt prompt doesn't create an rpt.txt file anywhere.

How can I go about assigning keys to separate functions?

The "Select ..." option are weird, but somehow I managed to assign the controller button, though in game it does nothing. The flash in pit lane or flash when pit limiter on option do work normally, though. Anyone know what I might be missing here?

I've noticed a weird behaviour with the application. I had a race last Tuesday and used the headlights app, but after a while it wasn't responding anymore and the letter K (the one I assigned to the headlights in rF2) was always "pressed" since the program wasn't responding anymore.

I was using the latest version of course

I have these problems you guys mention when using the app as it comes, but when I run it through the rF2 settings app, it runs flawlessly. Maybe you can try that option too.

Hello,

Sorry if this has already been discussed but I can't assign a button on my steering wheel or anything else for that matter, I've been trying for hours but nothing works, is there anything you need to know to select the right button?

It occurs to me that you access the gaming devices (windows) within advanced options, and check that the steering wheel is the preferred device.

On the other hand, in the latest update, rFactor includes the flashing function assigned to the J key by default.
If you only want to do manual flashing this option is the most reliable.
