Have i lost my game?

So guys i logged out of my steam on gaming pc thursday....havent manually logged out since last year. When i tried to get back in it ask for authenticator....didnt know what that was but ok, when through the steps to recover lost account, but ive never gotten a email for the code....

Does receiving the code thru email take a long time?

 

I never did have something like that (i guess you talk about to authentic for your Steam Account).
But since it is for your Steam Account, you should directly contact Steam.

 

The email must be in the spam folder or in some other email account you've used before.

 

Steam app on your mobile phone.

 

Email should come through right away.

 

got back in. Sometime in the last 6 months i accidentally put steam domain in blocked domains/emails on my email account. Wasnt in Spam. My email was blocking everything that came from steam and i didnt know. I deleted all settings in email and was able to receive the steam guard codes to my phone/email again to complete relogin. lesson learned, go thru each email before just clicking block senders. lol. i was scared yesterday ya'll. like wth did i do?? lololol.
