Hi there. I've noticed that every mod from 3rd part with H shifter optional doesn't let work that option.
There are the same delays between H shifter and paddles optionals. That is absolutely wrong. Up to now every (3rd part) historic mod is useless driving with H and manual clutch if the delays are too high. The cars spins in acceleration or blocks the rear axle if a simdriver is faster (doing everything is needed to do) changing gears than these preset delays.
The BT20 seems that isn't affected on that even H shifter option is missing. The delays are very small and it is impossible to be faster than them.

Does the grammar has changed for modders that want to create a 0 delay shifter option? Can you make an example for to create that please?
Or it is something else? Does the mods works with standard delays without possibility to change them with and optional on tuning settings? If that is the meaning of blocked delays it is absolutely wrong. Avoiding cheaters using 0 delays with paddles is easy...it is sufficient to make rF2 to block to read the binds for "Shift Up" and "Shift Down".
For vintage cars is needed 0 delays or near to 0. The delays are made by the work on h shifter and by foot-work on clutch. To have the same delays between paddles and H it is not functional. Who drives with paddles will be ever fast at limit on every gearshift. A H shifter user will never be so fast because will have to be slower than the delays or he will lose the car in a corner upshifting or downshifting.

I also discovered a some kind of old "grinding tranny" in some mods that is a cancer for h shifter users.
Mak's Group C mod has that useless bad thing that is unavoidable for example (but delays are not too bad).
The grinding should be something mechanical in our shifter...it should be implemented on our hardware. Not in the software. To be fast it isn't a fault if everything is made right in shifting phases. To use a (functional) H shifter option with paddles will be a fault...a cheat. The grindind tranny is too bad, useless and make people to avoid the mod that use it.
Also the Cobra's "revmatch" is the same cancer. We don't need it. It is a long way better to have the gearbox getting destroyed every 10 consecutive bad up/downshifting.
