DLC GT3 Power Pack Low setting at Anti-Lock Brake option (because there is no ABS setting in garage). Brake temperature seems to work fine arround 500/600 Celsius dregrees, but if you try to brake later and reduce brake ventilation to go to 800ºC the brakes block easier. Obiusly GT3 competition is not with steel brakes at 600ºC. 600-1500ºC with ceramic-carbon resine brakes for GT??? I don't know, but please, let's go to be honest. Steel brakes for rain? It could be an option if it could be used at real GT3 cars, I don't know but please, take care to simulation as fly simulators video-games do. Thanks regards
I think GT3 cars are with steel brakes. GTE/GT2 cars are with steel brakes. GT1 cars are with carbon brakes Prototypes P1 & P2 are with carbon brakes Prototypes P3 are with steel brakes
Yea I remember that for GT2 cars, but I think that street cars for GT3 are homologated with ceramic brake disc (not same as carbon brakes). I cannot understand why this details are not solved with an official release. Thanks Mad for your reply.
Here is a bit of text from the 2016 Lambo gt3 Hurracan website: Brembo supplies the 380mm and 355mm vented steel racing brake discs, clamped by big six and four-pot calipers front and rear, respectively, fitted with endurance race pads. Under the car, big tubes direct extra cooling air to the brakes. The series eschews carbon ceramic brakes for cost reasons.
Ok, so this brakes are aboided for race due to cost, thanks for your reply. I hope S397 could give car info with its releases.
