I dont have a timelimit for that, schedule in first post is the absolute limit. I´ve only looked at a few liveries from Challenge so it will be some time still.

If I want to race, a livery is mandatory, correct? I've only done some laps on the day of the competition closing, so I've not been able to get one in within the deadline.
Do I still have a chance to submit one in order to race?

Deadline was 4 days ago, you can still submit - but unless it happens today i cant promise you anything. (send email with dropbox link, no other fishy filesharing please

No, as rules state you need to supply a skin, and i´ve had it open, until just a few hours ago where i had to start making the mod.
The season is now ready to get off and again we require a livery.
