I don't recall seeing this before, and it's "only" artwork, but it does take quite a bit of realism away: Blocky clouds (1) Blocky clouds (2) Daytime looks ok, but these "lego" clouds seem to come out during sunset to night transition sessions. Now that everything else looks stunning, these are a real eyesore, so I hope they can be fixed.
