Graphical difference between "Development" and "Single Player" ...

    Nah...all you really need to do is to add a "buffer" of sorts to your texture. See the link below. I typically do about an 8 pixel blur as the largest--just to make sure that mip maps blend 100% properly. But doing that should get rid of that white border...
