This is our full race of our online league (F1axion is the largest rf2 community in greece) You can have a look and you will see it many times occuring. In addition there was a bug over a curb that destroyed all cars going over it. Same issue occurs now in Austria (that will be the next race). Trakc versions were from rfactorcentral.
FORGET THE TRACK ISSUE AND THE CURBS....sorry i just saw the other posts about Barcelona so ignore it. Just check the steering wheel issue if you please...
Α friend suggested to check this out: cockpitinfo - ---- SteeringDegreesPerFrame=1.0 // degrees of rotation per arm animation frame (FISI) .... and suggests that a solution might be to decrease the number to 0.995 Just saying what he told me dont know if it is actually related..
Your loss if you don't drive those GP3 cars. They drive exactly as I think they should. Very well done, congratulations and thanks. Cheers.
I read on a old Facebook Post that's the last Project with the 3D Artist haunetal1990 and that you hasn't the permissions for the part from him for making a 2018 Mod? Is That correct?
What I've seen is this curb issue is both a track and car problem. The track has some elevated seam or poor texture weld, the car runs with a low ride height and the two cause the huge sudden crashes. Try, just as an experiment, to max out the ride height, see if you can make the car taller than than the track problem. I'm not saying this is a solution, just further examination of the issue. & ps. EVERY league should be assigning drivers to circulate every track on the schedule and drive only on the curbs. We've seen several tracks with this problem, perhaps we can put together a list of affected tracks.
Any good lovely person to tell me where i can found setups for different tracks for this mod i m big nooba setting up a car and even if i change some values i cnnot do better laps please guys help me a bit i like very much this mod but i cannot setup the car to gain better laps. any thread or forum whith people using this mod and they post their settups?.
The team members that put this together are working on various other projects for now. I don't see how anyone can impose a blanket rule on future mods if none of their work is used. Note: These types of discussions are private within a team, this is just my thoughts. I (personally) am waiting to see what the modding support that has been talked about will look like. We might then get an explosion of good quality mods!
A friend of mine found a weird issue (sincerely never seen before) that produced wrong collisions between cars: I found what generates the issue, also if it doesn't make sense at all, so I fixed it with a workaround... In a while the new build 1.32 will be available!
Would you mind sharing you knowlege how to get visual damage to work somewhere in the modding subforum?
I always wondered why the front tires look caved-in on the GP3s, something that can easily be seem in the above picture.
