i5-4570,HIS HD7850 Ice-Q, Gigabyte Z87XD3H, 8GB DDR3 1600 RAM Got a massive stuttering problem when I drive the car myself. The usage of the CPU and the GPU are full but usage seems not to be that high in task manager. When toggling AI all things are ok. But I got every problem driving myself, even stuttering in the replay! The car seemed to be "jumpy" when moving forward. What should I do? I have reinstalled my PC and Catalyst 14.4 version installed.
