Hello, I have upgraded to a new PC, and I can't make my Rift work with RF2 anymore:

    Error message:
'Unable to init VR runtime . Installation patch could not be located (110)"

    - reinstalled several times game & oculus soft.
    - made sure I am on Beta (also tried the public build)
    - other games work fine.

And in the setting tab, selecting VR still shows 'Monitor#1' and not Rift (if I remember from when it worked).

Any idea what I could try??

    Start rf2 .
Check again in settings ( Vr mode is ticked )
'Post Effects' set to 'None' might also help .
Try starting steam Vr first before launching into game .

For me the correct sequence to get it working is start RF2 launcher, start steamvr, then start the game, either the single player or the multiplayer.

I just start RF2, SteamVR loads automatically in the background.

If I do that it is as if oculus home does not pass through to steamvr, I see on my screen that the game is started but in the headset I stay in oculus home...don't know why that is...

In Oculus home have you allowed "apps that have not been reviewed by Oculus to run on rift" ?
This is in settings. General and is on the top line titled Unknown Sources.

Are you sure you installed steamvr?
