G920 - wont detect ?

    Hi - I'm new to all this and in my 50s so please bear with me!
    I have installed Rfactor 2 - ok
    I have pledged in via USB my new Logitech G920 and selected that configuration - ok
    the software or machine will not detect the G920 ???
    HELP what do I do now ???
