After testing your configurations, I can say it is all about degrees in rFactor. As I was used to 270-300 I had to lower Car Specibic FFB Mult not to get that crazy clipping; if you raise degrees to 400 I can also raise Car Specibic FFB Mult and FFB is quite good but not as hard as I Like. So the solution is 400 or 450 degrees and anjust Steering Lock ; and everything was my fault cause of being used to driving F1s with low degrees. ( Thank you very much to verybody for help.
