[WIP] Fuji Speedway Katsuo (Convert)

This Mod has received a permission from Katsuo, it has been converted to rFactor2.
At the present stage is WIP.

Thanks for sharing an early WIP. Lots of work left to do, but at least someone is working on some version of this great track. No idea why the VLM one seems abandoned?
