so, the solve is very simple. we changed the servers to an strongest and the bug is solved. in short, the dedicated server's system requirements extremly growed since the v1.1114 version sad but true
I'm sorry, I'm trying to understand what the solution was? I don't understand what "changed the servers to an strongest" means. Was it changing the Downstream and Upstream values in the multiplayer.json the fix? What values were those? Or was it something else?

Ah ok, thank you for clarifying! I'm running the same CPU and ram as that. I was just curious if the upstream and downstream values or other settings in the json file had an effect. The only network setting guide I can find is from a racing league from 3 years ago and nothing for what a server admin should set these values at.
