Is it still open for today's race?, The only problem I have is the high ping, I don't know if to run because it can annoy other drivers. :/

 

It is open, you only need to register to get the password.
To test your ping, you can enter the command "/ping" while on track (not in the garage) : below 300 it should be manageable.
Also, do not use wireless connection.
