Formula E 2019 and Monaco_2019 track error

    I just bought the Formula E 2019 Car and Monaco E-Prix Track. I tried syncing it but during the download I get the error "Monaco_2019 v 1.07 requires unknown base mod to be installed. / Monaco_2019 1.07"

    I already unsubscribed and resubscribed to the content but it did not work.

    So I cannot get past this point. Does anyone know how to fix this?
