His previous tracks were ok, but I hope that the upcoming tracks will be much better in term of quality.
Man, I should get back to modding, Hockenheim, Zandvoort, those tracks are almost done sitting on my hard drive, I could have made money with those And then, posts like the one above remembers me how great it is to share with others Good luck with your projects Sergio !
Never could stand the GPL version because of the repetitive trees. Hope its possible to avoid that these days. Thanks for the update Sergio. Good luck.
If you vary the height of the trees and their rotation, it will help reduce the repetitive effect. This plus the 40 textures will work.
I have to ask (not sure anyone has, if so, sorry) Is there an issue charging money while actually naming it hockenheim while not actually having a licence for it? I honestly don't know.....that's why I ask. Just with free car mods being blocked due to naming. Don't want you in bother is all.
Great news Sergio ! Here, Nuno shared some textures. I don't know anything about building tracks, but may be it could help. http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/18859-Tired-of-ugly-tracks-in-a-2014-game
The guy shared textures for free use, wasn't it? About the memorial, Jim Clark's stone was left forgotten for decades. Is it worth it detracting from track work for that?
this wouldn't really make any sense as Jimmy was still alive and well back then! It would be a nice touch in a modern Hockenheim version, though. As for historic tracks, I always liked Brands Hatch, Watkins Glen and Mosport in their GPL incarnations. Uwe
Thanks for your efforts and plans, Sergio I look forward to having some fun on the Old Forestheim Ring when it's ready
