So now I have messed it up even more I tried putting the files I took out back into where I put them and that just f***** everything up, now half of the files I had are missing. At this point should I just delete everything rf2 related and try to reinstall the game? That will also get rid of my mods too?, could I move my mods to different folder and move them back after the new game gets installed? Or will reinstalling the game not fix an underlying issue? Idk
It's strange that you where supposedly in the NONE version but you had the invisible walls problem. This should mean that you weren't in the current build really. I would try to launch Steam in Admin mode, just in case you have a permissions problem. I'd try to change the build to an older one. This should install the old one correctly. After that, install the current one (the NONE in the betas tab) Let's see if you are lucky and this installs correctly the build.
