Hello guys, I would like to ask the S379 guys. I am working on broadcasts in a league and would like a bit more control over cameras, this is not a plugin requrre as I am writing the plugin myself. What I would like to see is more controls added to the API.

The way I would implement this is adding new "controls" for camera position (X, Y, Z) and rotation (yaw, roll, pitch).

    Thanks in advance

Why do they need to take time to make this whereas there is Headtilt plugins which works at 100%.

Because I am not talking about the player camera. I want to be able to move the camera anywhere on the map from code, which isn't possible now as far as I know.

@Alcolo He wants to control the camera from a plugin, not by hand.

How will this plugin, be better then the existing drone camera plugin what leagues already use?

I don't want a drone plugin, what I need is to be able to move the camera to any position I want instantly. No premade movement, just set position and stay there.

if you edit the camera in the track file you can have all the cameras you want. So i can't understand what is your problem, do you need help to edit the cameras ?

@Alcolo He wants to write a plugin that can move a camera to wherever he wants for whatever reason he (or the plugin) sees fit. Editing track cameras or moving the camera by hand isn't the goal here.

    I don't know why you're posting here.

You can edit the cameras, I know that. But as far as I know there is no way to tell rF to switch to a certain trackside camera, it basically treats them all as one.
