Fan speed with car speed

Is there somebody who would be able to write a simple plugin that would ultimately result in controlling a fan speed depending on the speed of the car? So i can blow wind into my face for immersion. Ideally it would be a toogle-able on/off with a selectable hotkey so i can easily switch it off in tin tops.

You'd need a much bigger fan to simulate a Caterham with an aeroscreen!

(Yes, I know that's an Atom but I don't drive one of those.)
