    The only thing that I can say is, ask in the general thread if installing a mod and getting stuck at 6% is a known problem. Ask if someone knows what it actually verifies at 6% and say that only a small group of people have this problem (to prevent answers to ask this in this thread). Hope this helps and hopefully it is solveble either by me or you.

    A small number of players had the same verification issue back when Matsusaka was released. I don't know if the cause was ever fully determined. Both packages are rather large.

    I vaguely remember someone using the old mod manager (rFactor 2\Bin32) had luck getting around the problem. Maybe try that.

    Also make sure that there aren't bit and pieces of the mod left in rFactor 2\Installed\Vehicles before you try to install again. I guess you should delete "F1RFT2013" if you see it there.

    Using the old ModManager the mod installs properly, but then I don't find it in-game. I suppose I have to use the 32 bit mode, which I'm not interested in.
    I guess I'll wait for a fix once Frenky will update his rF2 to the latest version.

    Hmm, interesting reply Uff. I have no clue why it would be a 32 bit thing. But the fact that you cannot see the mod, still makes me think that there is some file conflict with other vehicles (with RFT or F1 in there names) and/or tracks (that are named like "2013_TRACKNAME").

    I have a 2013 Monaco installed: I'll uninstall it, then try again. I'll let you know.

    Even after removing Monaco 2013 the installer hangs at 6% unfortunately.

    Is this mod at its core based on the most modern ISI F1 car from RF2? Do the cars feel similar to the ISI car?

    If I upgrade to DX11 will I still be able to use this mod?

    Yes , I use that mod no problems, unless it's a different version .

    Sure if it doesn't work , just revert back to dx9

    Guys,
    I am not seeing gear numbers on the wheel. This is with DX11 with PP off. Is there any workaround, or is it due to mod not being DX11? Cheers!

    the gears show in DX9. Guessing it's the DX11 then?

    @Narrowbackwing , if you get a chance, could you check if you get gears displayed on the wheel in recent DX11 build? I am not seeing gears (PP off), and trying to see if it's problem with my settings/install or this is no longer playable in DX11. Thanks in advance :)

    @Frenky any chance of a DX11 fix for gear indicators? Cars still look good with PP off, just no gear indicator visible (which is a problem in VR and no HUDs). Thanks :)

    Hello everybody, I'm still there and still driving b1098 of rFactor2. I have tried to move to steam, but the steam install is asking too much of SSD disk drive, so I aborted that install and returned back to good-old lite pc-installer.
    I'm still reading a bit this forum and have seen numerous questions about graphical changes. F.e. The Iron Wolf and his and others requests to make improvements to make the mod (more) compatible with DX11.
    Honestly I have to say that I really have no idea how to do that. I simply don't know how to change files (and what kind of files) in order to let the gear indicators function in the right way in DX11. I haven't done any graphical changes myself on this mod (I do only notepad editing :p). And I'm still driving in DX9 myself.
    If someone knows how to make it work correctly, please let me know. You have my permission to alter the necessary files and send them to me. I will than update the mod and give you credits.
