Example Plugin

Where can I get the latest version of the example plugin and related documentation, tutorials, etc.
I already know C++.

*Sorry, forgot to at the 'documentation, tutorials' part of the question... there's not a lot there. But the called functions are fairly self explanatory, and the example code fills in most gaps.

Be aware there may be a couple of functions that need floats changed to doubles. In rF1 they used floats pretty much everywhere, now they're doubles, but the example hasn't been fully updated. So if you try and use a function and find it's not getting called, check that.
