Well, awesome first look of the fight that the ETCC2003 deserves to lovers of this kind of cars... made by VR Motorsport - Nxt Lvl SimVRacing v 2.3 @memoNo1... very very immersive video! Watching it I went back 15 years! Thank you very much Mehmet! PS: do not forget we are few passionate men at SMMG and I'm not alone in developing the mod...
Sry my bad. This mod is so awesome. The physics are genius! And note this is an old rF1 mod! Just brilliant! Thx Marco thx SMMG!
Since the Nurburgring Combined can be multiclass played with 89 cars, and to my amazement it works well in VR with my PC (mirror off), I can't wait to have this mod not only to driving cars, but also to make me pretty grids. When I put GTE and GT3, Tamas's TCR mod and Workshop's BTCC mod only occupy 25% of the cars on the grid, not enough for what I want. I also have a lot of hope in driving the FWDs of this mod, knowing SMMG's incredible talent for physics.
I really dislike that you hear tire scrub 24/7. I can't think that's realistic. It's louder than the engine The only time you don't hear the tires in this video is when you accelerate in a straight line.
This is my personal attitude to better determine the limit. Unfortunately I don't have a G force simulator.
We already discussed internally about the tire volume that may be too loud also at default value of rFactor2 and 2 reasons brought me to keep it like it is (also if a friend of mine in the group has a different opinion!): 1. that everybody can tune the volume as he prefers, because of rF2 has a specific TIRE VOLUME slider in the AUDIO settings 2. because the current level is the same of the original rF1 mod I must add that (my personal opinion) we are driving a simulation where FFB + eyes + ears in some way must replace we are not sitting in a real car.
Sure... but the defaut volume should not be out of proportion compare to other offical content... Already have to tune the FFB gain for each car... rather not have to adujst tire sound for each mod.
I think and this is only an opinion among others, that the all volumes should be in intensity stepped in the same way as the approximately 43 official S397 cars.
And in fact I use always the ISI default values into the sfx file, for what is possible to consider "default" those values. But how sounds are sampled can be different and give different results... I'll test the original "TMTires" of ISI that are same volume but lower frequency than original ETCC...
Hello my Sim friends! As promised a small presentation of the ETCC 2003 Mod from SlowMotion! Please don't forget to support me and press the notification bell to stay up to date and be part of the community and conversation. Best regards.
