I tried to enter the DEVMOD but have a box saying the SDK needs to download, pointing the Download link but opening the link it goes to an error page. I have played the game yesterday and all was good, it happened suddenly today. I have gone to verify the validity of game files, which gave me 2 files that needed to be replaced, which started the download automatically but it stops the installation of that files, with a resume that makes the download process again and stops again to resume. So now I'm stuck in the resume of an incomplete installation that makes the download and install and gets to resume in again. I have no idea why the SDK failed and I'm stuck in the RESUME, please help, I don't think this is a problem to reinstall the game.
Problem solved it was an error in Steam, I just restarted the PC and Steam made an update as usual which solved the problems of the RESUME and SDK.
