    I still get the "Could not load BlankButton0000.bmp" error. In 32bit and 64 bit, Single and Multiplayer.
    I did an upgrade from build 660.
    Alt-tabbing out from the freezed blue start screen and closing the error window solves the problem and rfactor2 loads fine. On next rfactor2 start I get the error again.

    Same as with build 767, see http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/20468-Error-when-Loading

    Try a fresh build installation.

    This thread is not to help me to get the unstable build working, but to tell ISI that I and others have this problem when updating from build 660 to 767. If ISI tells all their customers they have to do a fresh installation this is not a bug, otherwise there is possibly a bug.

    You are trying to instal UNSTABLE build built for testing only over stable instalation and expect it to work flawlessly? This build introduces changes so big that even when stable build comes out I assume devs will recommend to do a fresh instal with it. So I wouldn't consider this as a bug.

    hmm, for me it looks like some UI error, are you using some add-on UI like New Black Carbon UI or something else :confused:

    I find it from UI.OSC, but don't have a clue what causes that error.

    Frame="X"
    {
    Pos-w-h=(0,0,423,45)
    Surface="BlankButton0000.bmp"

    Can be ActiveX error.

    Maybe you find some info if you look: Event Viewer/Windows Logs/Application
