Engine won't start in neutral until clutch pushed in (Autoclutch = off)

I'm refining a car just now that has a slightly odd behaviour...

If Auto-clutch is off, the engine will not start rotating until the clutch is depressed... In neutral, you just pop the clutch and the revs start_ it then idles etc. fine. You do not need to press the starter button unless you stall on track.

However, at the race start, the engine will be running normally from the off...

Any ideas what could be causing this in engine.ini?

Answer: Engine inertia was too low!

EngineInertia=0.025 //Engine won't start until clutch applied
EngineInertia=0.0255 //Engine starts fine with no clutch.
