[REL] EnduranceRacingX EGT by URD Update V2 July 2016!

I'm just wondering if anyone could offer me advice on the tyre side of things. Really enjoying the Ferrucio at Spa but having issues with tyres overheating and wearing out inside 2 laps (this is the Endurance tyre). I have all the driving aids turned off. This is occuring on both a base setup and a setup I have made myself.

I don't have to push hard for this to occur,I can drive fairly steady and wear the fronts out inside 5 laps..

Try putting the pressure up to 176ish (from 155 or so default) and the camber to about -3 at the front

Thanks for that,it's helped a lot. I've also altered my driving style and learned to drive less aggressive..... Managing to get 4-5 laps out of them before they fade to the first yellow notch wear wise now so getting somewhere,temps much more controlled too.
 
Hi Almark, I've just taken a few laps around there with my Hockenheim baseline and it seemed ok. Pushed out a 2m21.9s and sprint tyres lasted the whole 30 minute stint. They do get a bit hot but it sounds like it's better than you have. View attachment 13868

Only 4-5 laps? Check if you're not locking up. Sounds like your massive wear and heat may come from locking up your wheels.
 
Thanks again guys,I've got it up to 15 laps before they fade and lap times falling too,think it was mainly my driving style....calmed it down and seeing results gradually :)

Still making the odd mistake/hard turn/lockup in places but other than that improving generally...and loving it!

Still only on a 2m26 lap time but was 2m31 this morning...
 
Finally had some time to try the v098 C6R demo on build 798 and the neon/frost yellow along with the mirror tint windows is a bit off-putting. Is there a newer demo available for rF2 that better represents where this mod is at today?

No problems here, we are now actually expanding to AC game, new guys joined us that will work now on 2 more projects, each of them including new 3 car models, track guy joined us now to...

Hi Ales, I'm happy far these good news :cool:

We are setting up the autumn champ with these cars, I'vve two questions for you:-)

1. Do you have aleady planned when release the next update?
2. Can we have the technical datas of these cars, many users are asking for in order to choose the car for the championship.

I can tell you right now that all cars are having the same power curve and the Darche has the tank simulated completely on the front axle.
